  • "Extremely helpful staff and very fast service. Great selection. They fixed a pair of glasses I purchased elsewhere and hooked me up with a great new pair. They were ready the next day. They took a lot of time with me to help find the perfect style for me. Focused on customer service and not in the least bit pushy."

  • "My husband and our 11 year old son went to Kern Optical today to inquire about getting our son new frames because the ones he had were broken and held together with black tape. This was our first time going to this office. When they walked in they were greeted very kindly. The staff were extremely helpful and informed my husband that after picking out frames they would cut the lens out of our son’s broken glasses to fit the new frames. That process only took maybe 20 mins and our child was able to walk out in brand new glasses that he didn’t have to be embarrassed of. Thank you so much to those who helped out my men today. Thank you for your kindness, short wait time, and for your input on our situation. The glasses look amazing on him. We will highly recommend you all to everyone."
